How can you "fake" laryngitis?

I'm pretty sure Diana is a secret evil genius who masterminded this notoriously difficult plan to cheat medical science by creating a mutant virus whose effects last only for an hour , which was sufficient enough for the doctor to proclaim her seriously ill.

The logic on DS has been taking a hit far too often recently.

Can I ask as I was asked previously to show where the info that the Bonfire was on Wednesday night where you have evidence the Bonfire was Sunday night?

It does strike me that the article refers to them being followed round by an ITV2 camera crew. Maybe it wasn't her choice to go? Just a thought. It also says she looked "weary".

I'm not saying she was faking, as many aren't on this thread which some don't seem to have read. They would go off the inflammation of the vocal chords I expect, but there's been some serious spin going on nevertheless.

I find myself thinking that Diana wasn't as ill as they made out.

I don't disbelieve Diana was ill. However most contestants have a week that, because the genre of music, it would be hard for them to excel at.

Mariah Carey week surely would have been a tough one for Diana so in that sense she might have been lucky.

Having said that I though it would suit Rachel and it didn't.

She would have done well, everyone though Eoghan would do badly and rumor has it he got the most votes that day

Eoghan could stand on stage and stare longingly at the camera for three minutes and he'd still get the most votes, plus a few flattering comments by the judges.

Acute larygnitis can take anywhere from 2 - 7 days to recover from. If she was diagnosed on Thursday, this would be her 4th day. She might have had a cold (sore throat) which turned into larygnitis as well.

When Christina Aguilera had it she was singing again after 5 days.......

I'm surprised neither of her fans have seen that she's apparently still sick and will probably get another free pass.
