Simon is always the first to vote, followed by Cheryl, then Dannii and finally Louis.

It means that Louis bears the brunt of whoever gets the most votes even when Simon votes for the same person.

Shouldn't it go from left to right every other week or start with the judges whose acts are in the bottom 2?

Just thinking about how alot of people are saying it is Louis' fault Laura got voted off when Simon voted her off as well.

If I remember correctly, Simon had the deciding vote on week 2. He put it to deadlock between Ruth and Girlband

It is so simple. All they need to do is write it down like in The Weakest Link. Then they wont be swayed by what the others have done. WHY dont they do that?

Yeah he did. Possibly the most ridiculous decision I've ever seen a judge make.

I know! I've always thought that. It would be SO much fairer that way.

I have wondered sometimes whether Louis and Simon have secret talks about who is going to leave, and they decide who out of their own acts they are willing to sacrifice to get the results they want. Louis being on the end like that is perfect in making more certain which act will leave, and maybe doesn't mind being the fall guy.

I agree with that. Or if they don't do that, at least change the judges voting order each week!

Because basically everything's scripted.
