Has anyone else had recent problems in getting 'push' e mail from 3?

For the last 15 months I have had no problems at all getting my tesco.net email on my phone. However about 10 days ago it stopped working.

I followed the advice of 3 customer service, which was to uninstall, then reinstall the mail application, and then when this didn't work, to repeat this having done a factory reset on the phone first. It still didn't work.

When I contacted customer services again they apologised, and said that they had not given me the right information, and that the E mail on 3 application does not support tesco.net e mail.

I then asked if I could download the original mail application which had worked for 15 months, and they said it is no longer available.

Having got so used to getting my e mail on my phone, it is difficult without it!

They've recently (last month or so) released a new push email application. Perhaps you've downloaded the new version?

I haven't upgraded yet, I'm still using the version of mobile mail I had on my previous 3 mobile, but have had a couple of text messages about it.

You can access it for free on contract with an internet add on or on contract for a trial period, you can't on pay as you go

It used to be called mobile mail - it's now "Email on 3" and indeed is a different app.

As above, if you're on contract and subscribe to a handset browsing add-on (either the £2.50 or £5 one) then push email will be free.

This includes Hotmail (which you would normally have to pay Microsoft the privilege for).

The application integrates wonderfully with Nokia Series 60 software and is a decent Java App on other selected handsets.

Have you tried, on the New App, going to Add New Account, other POP and entering the Tesco Settings yourself?
