Can you play the videos you have taken on the phone through the TV? I have set TV out to Pal but only get sound after connecting the 3 audio plugs to the TV. Help please, Jamie

but why do I get no picture? I have the setting on the phone to PAL and TV out appears to be on, any ideas?

i'm thinking that you don't have the tv set to the right auxilary input. it doesn't matter if it's set to pal, all modern tvs can display ntsc. infact the videos on my n95 are at 30fps and look better on ntsc.
