He has been trying to set uo his new Toppy. For some reason the numbers allocated for BBC MUxs A and B are incorrect, being 1xxx. He has followed an instruction found on the net
Missing Freeview Channels & Wrong Channel Numbers
Common Freeview problems such as missing channels and wrong channel numbers can be caused by Freeview EPG updates. To fix the problem, delete your current EPG channel list and then carry out a full channel re-installation using your Freeview boxes "automatic" or "manual" installation mode. NOt sure if it has any relevance but he lives about 4 miles from the Bluebell Hill, kent Tx
