taped monday nights episode of TBB as working and didnt get to see until 2am ....have tuesdays taped and saving it for in the day when im more awake so i cant really say ive took it all in enough yet ....but one things standing out to me ......

Hassan !!!!

i do not declare to know anything about muslim faith or even put the effort in to go have a read about it .... crickey you wouldnt even catch me near a bible

all thats been said about his thoughts on peeps being gay ....yep bang out of order in my book

but there was something that he said that he was so cool about annoyed me ....

his faith allows him 4 wifes ....but remember he has to be equal to all of them

but it doesnt allow women to have 4 husbands

i think having hassan in the house will give us an insight into islam but not for the good of it .... so far what ive heard has offended

Quite interesting to read with some intelligently made points .

As I mentioned earlier, Qur'an is the only religious book on the face of the earth that says 'marry only one'. The context of this phrase is the following verse from Surah Nisa of the Glorious Qur'an:

"Marry women of your choice, two, or three, or four; but if ye fear that ye shall not be able to deal justly (with them), then only one."

Funnily enough other religions just do monogamy, without any need for it been written down.

Ahhh Muslims. Hypocrites by nature....

He tells another HM off for using the word "Chinkies", and admonishes him self by saying he hopes they don’t mind him referring to Gay's as PUFS & DYKES!

Chinkies, Limies, Aussies, Yanks, Sausage Munchers, Clog Wearers and Onion Eaters... Not racisim in my opinion.

Out out out with the Islamic twit!

i think the author was trying to say that there's nothing specified in other religions and cultures, theoretically you can do whatever you like it seems. So they've not always done monogamy in the past, eg Old testament stuff.

We still see vestiges of this idea of female subservience to the male, in our own modern western culture.... For example. women adopting the husband's surname on marriage, or being formally referred to as eg "Mrs John Smith" (as if they are their husband's possession with no identity of their own). Another example is its much less acceptable for a girl to be promiscuous than for a guy.... similar idea to this islam thing about its ok for a man to have several wives but not the other way round.

Anyways, never treat any religion too seriously
thats what i think...

Is it my imagination or are BB purposely cutting the footage to make Hassan seem like an outcast, or is he doing it all on his own?

Hassan has made himself an outcast and will, no doubt, claim that the unbeleivers conspired to get rid of him.

Sodemall will only edit their programmes to make a misogynistic homophobe who uses their faith as an excuse for their beliefs look good if they're a christian.

Muslims don't get the same treatment.

I think Hassan has got a fair deal and only has himself to blame. He is too arrogant but it seems like unnatural arrogance cos he seems a nice guy when not putting his foot in it. I think he is surprised he wasnt a big player in the group from the start but now he has loosened up and adapted he is likeable.

I dont think he believes many of the unpolitical correct values he has but he is determined to stick to them just now (since they are part of his religious beliefs)
