Two DVD Recorder Connections from One Aerial. Is It Possible?
I am wondering if anyone can help, is it possible to connect two DVD Recorders (both with HDD, one has a VCR as well) to a single aerial lead by re-routing a lead from one machine to another?
Any advice will be appreciated, many thanks! Last edited by MrGiles2 : 12-11-2008 at 22:24. Reason: missed a word |

Any advice will be appreciated, many thanks! All you need to do is loop the aerial through as you would with a standard vcr setup. Connect the aerial to the RF input of one unit, then take another RF lead from the RF output of the same unit to the RF input of the other recorder. Your additional lead should have male/female connectors at each end IIRC - its been a while since I used RF regularly. But as long as each unit has an RF in and out you will be ok |

You're a wee bit behind on the latest technology. Modern DVDRs no longer have an RF modulator...well none of the big players in the market anyway. |
