In the Mail so...do you believe these figures?

Nicola being paid the least: £7,500
Dani Behr the most: £40,000

Dani being paid more than Martina? Yeah...

All the fees are considerably less than the £100k+ that some "celebs" used to get .....

I've tried using that excuse before now, if it's not on the doormat by the time they get home they won't be pleased.

I would of imagined Martina would get 100 grand myself. But what do I know? The answer is nothing by the way. I'm sure she is getting way more than Dani Behr anyway.

It's only slightly to do with how famous they are, it is mostly dependant on how evil their agents are. To the bigger names Like George and Martina the fees are small change and they are doing it for the fun of it.

You know Phil Tufnell was on Sky News earlier on a different subject but he did imply that he though the new series was going to be firey.

I wonder if the producers have lied to the press, knowing you can read this in Oz..and hopefully sparking off a bit of jealousy and tension.

A few months back ITV threatened to sack some of the older members of Coronation Street due to cost-cutting (as mentioned on Digital Spy) so it would seem unlikely the Get Me Out Of Here! celebs will be getting paid vast sums. ITV's advertising revenue has dropped in recent years so less money to spend on shows and those featured on such shows. But I'm sure Ant and Dec are getting a trolley full of cash.

Why are some of them dressed in evening wear and the others dressed in jungle attire? Part of a twist perhaps?

There's no bloody way Behr gets £40k & Navratilova a measely £30k.

Not only she's the only world class A-list celeb in that group but that 30k is a small change to Martina'a fortune....that must be an insult to her.

However there is really no proof of this fees info, is there?

This lot really are poorly paid considering the chances of making heaps of money afterwards fall with each series that passes.

This would just be ridiculous...whereas the likes of La Behr are ten a penny, Martina's an absolute legend.

On the other hand, Martina has made her fortune and doesn't need the publicity so perhaps she isn't bothered about the cash.

Assuming these are true, why on earth would ITV pay Nicola £7,500?

There are probably hundreds of WAGs who would do it for the exposure alone.

Whats the point in paying someone who is not famous?

It's certainly a lot less cash than in previous years.

The majority of these z-listers are still being vastly overpaid though, IMO.

Especially somebody like Nicola McLean - they could have got any old WAG to turn up for a few hundred quid and some TV exposure.

Takei is still in demand as an actor and he could make an absolute fortune from the convention circuit anyway

I've no doubt him and Martini are probably millionaires in their own right

With an interesting sense of adventure

If it was a bit classier, Branson could do it

I don't get why Takei is doing it at all, soapbox potential?
