SAMSUNG F700 HELP!! do games go on to this phone??

my mates have told me something like samsung phones cant just drag and drop the game files from pc into phone through usb.

is this true???????

can i not download games and install them onto my samsung phone????

It depends on the model. Some Samsungs can do this (but might need to enable it with a code), others can only reliably install Java apps, specifically designed for that model, by downloading using the built-in browser.
