Best IM client for iPhone 3G?
I'm looking for a nice reliable client that covers all of Jabber, Google Talk, MSN, Yahoo and AIM. I've been using IM+ Lite until now which is a little unreliable (crashes often under load and refuses to connect to my Jabber account at work).
I'm happy to fork out a small fee for a reliable solution. Is the IM+ full version (just released) any better? What's Beejive IM like? Any advice appreciated (what do you guys use?) |

Palringo does the job. Beejive is the best but its quite pricey at around £10.

Have been test driving Palringo for a few hours, crashed a couple of times and doesn't do MySpace IM.
Still, seems OK....I have fring on my device but haven't used it in anger yet. Will try it for a bit otherwise I'll fork out for Beejive. |

Palringo is great, if only it had MySpace IM and Skype....
![]() Can highly recommend this. I didn't get on with Fring at all. With Palringo it's easy to stay invisible with all accounts and the list of contacts is nice. |

I like Palringo but it is a bit crash prone.

I thought I'd bite the bullet and bought beejive the other day.
It's tremendous I must say. No crashes so far, great performance and looks so polished too. Connects in seconds. It's expensive but worth it IMO. |
