Much as I like to believe the worst about Endemol/C4 after the disgrace that was the BB3 result, their independent adjudicator is kosher I think. Haven't they said in the past that its the Electoral Society, or whatever its called - the body that's responsible for General Elections etc.

How could my post have seemed smug?...It is too much to take on blind faith.....The show was edited to make it appear two people could win but they couldn't because they didn't want it to seem to the after 10 p.m. crowd they were rewarded for having sex......They can talk all they like but I think proof is required.....

And to think I get accused of concocting conspiricies......

So...why is it that they all thought that Jade could win the holiday if it was already known she couldn't?

I never suggested they should be knocked and trashed and of course, there is the possibility that they are telling the truth. I would expect to be questioned if I had made similarly wild claims, be it here or elsewhere.

I agree they havent been too cool in a few posts they have done regarding the newsgroup but they didnt seem to like it there either.

FTR, 'Weymel' made several unprovoked attacks on regular and respected contributors. So foul-mouthed were the attacks that I am unable to quote directly, but do feel free to follow this link for a taster of his/her 'introductory' post made to the group I frequent.

Anyway Ive said my piece. If Weymel and End1 stop posting, here endeth the interest in the thread. We can be certain if those 2 left then we will definitely be left with opinions only and nothing else.

I'd rather spend my time comtemplating and responding to well thought out opinions than playng sycophant to the unsubstaniated ramblings of a couple of posters, who, in my opinion, seem to be nothing more than sore losers.

Most of us are treating it as very possibly true until proven otherwise. It seems plausible since its from 2 separate sources (if they are true). But if we put them off posting then they will just stop posting and who wins then ?

sorry about the fuss Yidaho. Weymel and End1 are the most interesting posters we have got (and Gareth) until proven otherwise, so I just wasnt wanting them overwhelmed with scepticism.

Its reasonable to be sceptical if people want to be.

And I can well believe Weymel can write quite "strong worded posts" I did read the ones that were edited here and the ones left in the thread before it was deleted.

Forgive me if I understood you wrong. You said you were proud of him asking for proof which by implication (as I read it) meant the rest of us were just going along with it as if we didnt have any doubts at all. Im sure people have asked stuff in the thread previously. Theres been some info that would be hard to make up. IMHO most of us are giving them the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise since they seem plausible from the info we have so far.

I belong to the cynical group that has been on the internet long enough to have had experience of people taking on a false persona in chatrooms and on forums.
There's been a fair amount of time passed since TeenBB finished and from when it was televised, enough time for a lot of information to have been passed around about what happened in the house.
I can't believe that the producers would be stupid enough to fix the result, no matter what had been signed, and hope that teenagers would keep it a secret.

IMHO nobody was taking their stories as gospel, but they are very plausible until proven otherwise. Thats how most (all IMHO) were treating them. Nobody was taking it on blind faith IMHO.

We had the Radio 1 guy here during BB. I didnt post to him. Dont know if you did. IMHO the chances are it was probably him. There was a Federico Marton (spelt wrong) who I dont think many of us believed.

Its hard for me to believe too but Tracey giving Paul a vote was very strange. And I would have thought Caroline would have went for Tommy but I dunno. All Im saying is that Weymel and End1 are very plausible and its more interesting having them around than it is without them being here. These 2 posters (well End1) were posting early on last week.
