After that I think we were going round in circles.you were wondering why I kept replying to your posts in this thread and I wanted to get it into context. It was rude of me but you were implying that it was silly of me to keep replying to you here. No Goodfella, let's get this in context - I replied to your post that said "but nobody cares if you believe it or not "..to which I replied "Then why have you spent the evening arguing with me?? " As in, if nobody cares if I believe it or not then why are we still discussing it? There was no implication that it was silly of you to keep replying to me at all..... Just because I think that, it doesnt mean your posts are pointless. Im sure most/all of mine are regarded pointless too. Its not all your posts, I just feel you enjoy an debate for debates sake a lot of the time. That's okay then..... In Weymels case (and End1 and Gareth) I felt the posts werent pointless and didnt want them swept away by skeptics when I didnt feel it was necessary. Your first post was ok but Bystander and your reply kind of made the rest of us look a bit foolish IMHO. I disagree...they were maybe against the zeitgest of the thread at the time but remain valid and they were never a personal jibe at anyone here......all sorts of opinions make the diversity of this forum...besides my cynicism had a point..... Nobody much questioned the authenticity of the Radio 1 guy but people seemed to enjoy talking to him during BB4. I did question him...Beth put me straight. BBAled's authenticity has been checked and verified.......Besides..it's the story that matters here, not the person..... your original post was ok but after that it seemed a bit cynical rather than skeptical and people dont respond well to a cynical atmosphere IMHO. Anyway we can argue all we want now cos we may well have no more posts from people who are/claim to be connected so we can make as many conspiracies as we like now. Nobody will believe us but no-one will be much bothered. |

That's how you saw it Goodfella........We certainly had different views on this subject. I think an allegation of this type needs to be backed up....and I would have liked it to have been.

What I mean is if someone has a row on a newsgroup they shouldn't get it into their heads that they can use this forum as another place to fight a battle. I'm not here to fight battles for the Wright family, nor do I intend to. If they've got a fight on a newsgroup then keep it on the newsgroup. This is a decent forum and there aren't a lot of flame wars on here. All in all we can agree to disagree most of the time and while we all argue our points it doesn't stoop to the level of just chucking around stupid insults. |

That was just deliberate troublemaking. And he has done and that's what irks me. Posting chunks of people's blogs with grandiose titles about confessions is just a further example of stirring it. |

I made a comment about the newsgroup too which was deleted (hopefully just cos it was in the way rather than provocative). In that case, I apologise and my grovelling post above stands once again

I think my psychic ability to see what was going to be in the papers the following day was pretty clever as well

Originally posted by weymel weymel, I saw those photos last night, it is pretty obvious that they were genuine imo.looking to get another thread closed, oh dear you just never stop, it is so funny
You made a comment on the deleted thread alluding to many people on here believing against you. I wondered if it was referring to myself as I said I believed yidaho - that comment was referring to the fact that I believed something had been posted and deleted, which I had not seen, not that I was 'siding' with her. If anything all of my posts on such subjects were in defence of yourself. Just don't get involved in that eh? The recent threads do not reflect the general mood of this forum and there is no need for it, if there is a problem it will be dealt with and in the meantime the rest of us on here are capable of making up our own minds. Your other posts have been interesting and informative and I hope that you do not stop posting here. |
