Tess Daly: delicate question
Tess Daly is beautiful and seems to have a warm personality, but I (and a few friends, as well) have noticed that in the past few weeks she's looking positively gaunt and her left eye is really drooping. This weekend, even the side of her face looked affected. Does anyone know what's wrong? I hope she's alright and it's just temporary.

She's just announced she's pregnant, so may be suffering with the usual first trimester problems which do include sleeplessness and bad skin!

Did she? Sorry! Having just had my own baby I'm operating under baby brain and thus only take in that people ARE pregnant, and filter out any non-pregnant news.

I was listening to Vernon Kay Saturday morning on the radio and he said that Tess had been bedridden alot of last week with a terrible cold and cough.

Well, then..... she IS pregnant, she ISN'T pregnant, etc.... but that still doesn't explain the eye problem. It hasn't gone away. Oh well.

She has always had a funny left eye. Always. No doubt it gets worse when she is tired, so I imagine your answer is as simple as that.

Botox can do that to your face...
...I can't say I'd noticed the droop, but if there was ever a candidate for having the face-freezer, it's Tess. |

She's always had that eye. Even my unobservant husband has noticed it without prompting.
