Hello I am feeling a bit better today thank you. I've only felt the need to Internet shop for half the day today, so hopefully my Girlflu is on it's way out. I hope I haven't passed it onto anyone on the forum. (Amazon and quite a few other Internet shopping sites hope that I have)

I'm glad that my post made you smile like and then as your mind went into overdrive about Viggo, I have to say that when I saw his rudey nudey scene my face was like followed by then .

I really think we are going to need this thread more than ever now that (Whispers.. He who must not be named) has walked off the show. I have a feeling that it is going to get quite heated later, and my prediction is that there are going to be LOADS of threads dedicated to the subject.

(Mind wonders to more happy thoughts..... Viggo doing a Paso, stripping off his cape and flinging it round his head..... Stripping off his trousers....... oopps time for another Lemsip me thinks.

I think I will have a little think about what Dance Partners I would like for each dance.

Paso - Viggo (As long as he strips off of course)

Rumba - Richard Armitage (Although I bet he could do a great Paso too, especially in his leather Guy Gisborne trousers) (Fans self to cool down)

Jive - David Tennent (As Dr Who, he has the scatty personality for a great Jive, and bendy legs)

Tango - Johnny Depp - Yummy!! I think I could just about manage to be passionate with him in the Tango (Just try and stop me ) And he would look HOT in the Tango outfit

Waltz - Captain Von Trapp (As long as he doesn't whistle at me, well maybe a quick wolf whistle)

Cha Cha Cha - Adam Garcia (he's a very cheeky chappy and was great in the Theatre version of Saturday Night Fever, I wouldn't mind a bit of Cha Cha with him at all)

Show Dance - Would have to be Patrick Swayze and Time of your life dance as long as he says "Nobody puts R.A.H in the corner" swoon

(I'd beter take that Lemsip now)

I am starting my own show... Strictly Come Girlflu, all you have to do is be great at sneezing, coughing, blowing your nose and Internet shopping (And great at thinking about HOT possible Dance Partners)

In fact I'll throw it open to all and call it Strictly Come Flu

I am back RAH- I can't cope out there anymore- just got in from work and need some relaxing thoughts bout Viggo and Mr Depp *swoon*.

I wouldn't mind doing any dance with him. To be honest I have great respect for Elizabeth Bennet's self restraint at not dragging Mr Darcy off the dance floor and ravishing him after all their tension during THE dance. And how on earth did she let him just walk away from her during the lake jumping scene

Swoons at the thought of Mr Darcy and of Colin Firth in general, he was yummy in Bridget Jones Diary too.

What a nice thread this is - as a 'virgin' to the forum I think I'll start here, because it mentions, frequently, one of my favourite men - Viggo Mortensen. The scene from LOTR when he looks out from under his hood is fab I agree, but my favourite is when he walks down the stairs to save Frodo, slightly drops his right shoulder and looks simply amazing. Yes he'd make a very nice dancing partner.

I'd would also have to have (I wish) Rafael Nadal to dance the Paso and the Rumba with. He already has the walk of a matador on the tennis court - imagine what he could do in the Paso ...........yum!

Hello MorganleFay Welcome to the forum, and a great 1st post especially as it mentions the Gorgeous Viggo (As well as seeing him looking out from under his hood in that scene, I also go all funny when he puts out the candle with his bare fingers ) I must watch LOTR back to back again, it might help me to get over an awful case of Girlflu much quicker

I feel a bit lightheaded now because I mixed up Mr Darcy and Rafa in my mind and had Rafa walking towards me in a tight wet shirt, and Mr Darcy all hot and sweaty on the tennis court serving me his balls (Tennis balls, cough sneeze)

Can I join please, I have been coughing and spluttering all day and now I have a sore throat. S'not fair, I had the lurgy last month, no fair to come back again.

However ..... I would like to add my two penn'orth to the Viggo fest and add a couple of suggestions.

He was a bit too mucky for me in LOTR and he looked a right prune in Return of the King when he started singing, wearing that silly beard. But I did like the bit where he comes back after the Warg attack and pushes open the doors to Theoden's hall. Very nice. Preferred Legolas and his Elf mates though.

So for my very own cast of SCD I would like

Johnny Depp, natch, for pretty much any dance he fancies;

Legolas [not Orlando, he's a bit of a wimp as himself] for the VWW [lots of turns to show off his cute rear in those green leggings];

Rafa Nadal for the Tango, all masterful & butch;

Paulo Maldini [when young] for the rhumba;

John Taylor of Duran Duran [when young, and wearing leathers] for the jive; Slash for the samba and

David Ginola [when young] for the Paso.

Blimey, I must be delirious from the fever.

I sympathise with you Wiskas I'm really fed up with feeling rubbish, and I feel a bit delirious.

Orlando doesn't look too bad as Legolas, his eyebrows worry me a bit in that for some reason, but I'm not a fan of his look in pirates, then again he doesn't get much of a look in that with Johnny being in it

Hmm, not sure who would really feature on my wishlist for fit guys dancing on SCD.

Would have to agree with those who have already stated Johnny Depp and Richard Armitage, though I would like a Guy of Gisbourne dance as well as a Lucas from Spooks dance, preferably without a top. Because...wow.

Otherwise, it gets a bit tricky for me. Loving Zachary Quinto, maybe he could do a bit of Tango? He's powerful, it's a powerful dance...

David Tennant (yay! now he's leaving, he will have a little bit of spare time) though not sure what he would dance... something energetic. I don't know, a cha cha?
