What was lacking in her very good performances? She was graceful and technically talented.
The probable reason for her not having voters "warm" to her - this is a stock phrase I see when female performers are being criticised - is probably because she is older and has the bl**dy cheek to be slim, attractive and vivacious.
I presume a lot of voters didn't "warm" to Heather because they didn't identify with her - nothing to do with her skills as a middle range dancer. she had to go too.
This not "warming" and "leaves me cold" sound like empty phrases - covering other reasons for rejecting a performer. They clearly need fleshing out with actual properly expressed reasons. So far, I haven't seen any.
