Boycott Saturdays Phone Vote

All those upset at John's withdrawl could show their displeasure by boycotting the phone vote on Saturday?

Seems a lot of people have forgotten the SCD is primarily a prime time Saturday night entertainment show and not a "serious" dancing competition.

Really think all sides of this argument may need to get some perspective.

I'd love to know what the OP believes the BBC loses by people not voting...

(Although if they say 'profit' or 'money for charity' I may implode)

Nevertheless, it would be interesting to see know the voting figures are this saturday

The beeb shouldn't have a phone vote this week. They should give all the dancers a free pass so we can have a proper final. Goodness knows they've probably made enough money from John fans to compensate for the lack of revenue.

A substantial drop in the number of votes registered via the phone votes compared to previous weeks is a measurable demonstration of the viewers disapointment in SCD. It's not really rocket science to work that out.

I am upset that John felt he had to withdraw, but it was looking more and more likely that he may have won the whole thing. John's a truly decent guy and knows that just wouldn't have been right.

Can we please move on. If you are totally displeased you can always vote with your feet as well as over the phone.

No.

If you voted for Jodi or Christine you may just force the judges favourites into the dance off.

I wont be voting until the final. The show will feel so depleated after this week until the final when John gets the biggest cheer of the night.

I am not voting again either. But I am quite sure that the judges will pick a new target this week. My money is on Jodie.

Will there even be a vote?

Will there be a results show on Sunday?

Yes, agreed.
I think there might not be a vote on Saturday though.

Why just Saturday?

I think the 'upset' should boycott permanently.

That is a good idea but, please please remember that the BBC DO NOT MAKE ANY MONEY FROM THE VOTING All the money goes to the independent company which sets up the lines.

Claire - don't implode yet. Wait until after the final!
