Let's start a petition now. This could be another Manuelgate for the media! Old female dancing judge harrasses old man for his dancing.

You're in the minority. Arlene is not the most gracious or objective judge. In fact, she's shown a vindictive streak toward's John's success. She's paid by BBC to judge.

We pay her wages and yet we pay to vote, what right does she have to dictate?

Arlene is beyond a joke now- I could just about tolerate the endless bouts of hormones - but her comments about John were totally out of order

That ishould not be allowed- please give her her marxhing orders and bring Karen Hardy on to the judging panel

On behalf of the society of prevention of cruelty to sacks I would like to strongly object in the most severe terms....

This is all getting beyond ridiculous. John Sergeant is no more a victim of the judges than any other 'bad' dancer in any other series of Strictly. He's a savvy political commentator who can stand on his own two feet and has enough backbone in him to withstand anything thrown at him by the judges - he was not 'bullied.' He chose to withdraw because he felt the competition was getting beyond a joke. Fair enough - his decision for whatever reason he chooses. Why should Arlene be sacked? It seems to me that people can't wait to attack someone or other. By demanding Arlene be sacked, aren't we 'bullying' her too?
