How will the other pros & celebs respond now?

According The Times, Nov 17, JS seems to have been shunned by the other contestants after the results:

"Dance rivals shun John Sergeant.... Visibly annoyed after being told that he and Lunghi were out of the show, Jordan said: “I think Cherie had a lot more to show. This is supposed to be a dance contest. Please, please, people at home, vote for the dancing.” The frustration directed at the former political correspondent was all too evident at the end of the show. Unseen by those watching at home but witnessed by the studio audience, none of the performers milling on the dance floor to commiserate with and embrace Lunghi would make eye-contact with Sergeant, who wandered aimlessly among them. How are the remaining pros & celebs going to respond now?

Are they going to start saying how sad they are that he has decided to leave?

Or will they "tell the truth", as James Jordan did?

Will what they say have any effect on how viewers then vote for them?

Might "telling the truth" blight their own chances in the competition?

I'm not sure "telling the truth" and saying they're sad he's left are mutually exclusive to be honest. I'm glad he's not going to be in the show any more, but sad that he quit rather than being voted off.

They're actions after the dance off suggest otherwise.

I've no doubt we'll hear some mealy mouthed 'sadness' at his departure, whilst they heave a sigh of relief that the maverick in the pack has gone.

Prepare for a lot of hypocritical c**p from them and the judges and a hypocritical standing ovation on Saturday.
(Actually I am not including Christine in that because I think she will be genuinely upset)
