I wonder how she is taking this devastating disappointment that the judges have caused.

She looked devastated and by the way the judges didn't cause it - her dance partner was the one who decided to leave, against her wishes. What a silly statement.

I disagree. I feel that the judges did ultimately cause this horrible situation. If you watched the show regularly you would have seen it.

She did look devastated, but I agree with Satnavvy, that wasn't caused by the judges but by John.

and he wouldn't even hug her

I feel terribly sad for Kristina. She is a professional - it is her career. Her dancing both solo and with Brian was superb. Her choreography for John was brilliant and I am sure this would have won them votes - I know it is why I voted for them. I loved their dances and I love Kristina. I hope she will be back next year.

Agreed. How long can you keep from cracking when you're met with vindictive horrible humiliating remarks every week?
The judges caused it with their acid tongues.

Watched it, I have been live twice. What are you talking about? This is just hysterical

She was devastated and wanted to carry on. It was John's decision to leave and the poor thing could hardly talk without tears. It wasn't nice viewing and the sooner all involved in the programme realise that there are a LOT of people who don't like to see people being insulted every week the better.

I agree that she looked devastated but John caused it, not the judges.

Not everybody likes hugging in public.

Apart from John's inability to make the grade Kristina did, week after week make the grade and did the hardest thing possible by making herself look great and create a great routine week after week.

I think it's sad that she is a newcomer and this was hard for her every week (especially after what John said about argy bargy because Kristina with all her work would have felt that too) but I am sure we'll get to see her in the group dances ever week, but all this is worse for her.

I still think it's all very weird. If John was in the competition, he was in the competition. That's life.

Criticising their dancing was fine.
Going beyond that to saying that they didn't deserve to be in and were jeopardising the chances of others was NOT fine.
It was getting personal.
That bit where Craig turns round after the show and says he would have given them a zero if he could!
It didn't look like a joke.
It was unnecessary.

I do feel sorry for her - she really is the innocent here. It's a shame she has to leave early.

Kristina wouldn't blame John for one minute.

Their partnership is strong and based on mutual respect and appreciation.

She posted regularly that she was having the time of her life.

I suspect the 'living nightmare' she was referring to was the relentless campaigning by the judges for her and John to be booted off, being made to feel like she and John did not belong in the show by a fellow pro and the negative publicity surrounding the pair.

Maybe if Kristina and John had been allowed to progress without these factors, she would be a far happier lady.

Yes but look how much publicity she has got out of this. She is now probably the most famous female dancer in the show and it's only her first year.

I don't believe Kristina is thinking about at the moment.

She seemed genuinely sad that her time with John on Strictly had come to a abrupt end

I feel very sorry for Kristina, it was so sad to see her so upset.

She's been a fantastic addition to the show and I really hope she comes back next year.

You don't seem to understand that everyone in the society are one way or the other affected by other people's behaviour, do you?

She can have a good cry tonight and hopefully start to feel a bit better from tomorrow. Hope we see her in lots of fab pro dances

That's true. Watching it back it seems they were really crossing the line there.

Hopefully he may do that on Saturday, but if not two reasons why

1. He is of a certain age, British and of course we British don't do such things

2. He did this to keep the spotlight on him and sod the rest of you.

My personal opinion is that it is number 1 and I felt REALLY sorry for Kristina who has been the best thing about this year's SCD I think Claudia really wanted to give Kristina a hug.
