If a pro pulls out?
Simon Jackson
19-11-2008
With John Sargent quitting SCD today. I read that Julianne Hough, the Dancing with the Stars pro from America is having her appendix out and still expecting to take part

From Dancing with the Stars forum:

What are the chances if a pro from our version pulls out? Will he/she get the same as the celeb and the celeb will be out or would they have a stand in?

If a professional dancer had to pull out, they would bring in an alternative - probably one who has already been eliminated. When Julianne had her operation, Edyta danced with Cody for a couple of weeks.

Then how could there be a replacent for JS? Maybe they could bring in Terry Wogan who did the one in Children in Need

No, if a celeb pulls out, that's it. Like with Kelly last year, and Jimmy Tarbuck the year before. Dancing on Ice have stand-ins that train alongside the programme, SCD do not.

They would only replace a professional dancer if one had to pull out, not a one of the celebs.
