c905 red flashing light

what is the red flashing light on the side of my c905? it is on the left just under the memory card slot. i cant find anything about it in the manual

I was looking through the forums about C905 as the wife is about to get one and saw this

if its flashing when the battery is full , take out the battery and restart the phone ?

does the phone have Ir connection , is it turned on ?

thank you, took the battery out and when i put it back in and it did stop.

also iv had SE's for years now and of all the K and C series iv has the C905 is by far the best.
