Does anyone know the difference between the right-click/context menu options "Add to playlist" and "Show in playlist" in iTunes?

'Add to playlist' adds the song to a playlist. 'Show in playlist' is only available for songs already in a playlist, and clicking it goes to the playlist and highlights the song.
