I think in all of this, one person has been a little forgotton. Knowing that Kristina reads this forum, I would like to post the following message for her:

Dear Kristina,

I didn't know who you were until you appeared in this years SCD introductory show. From the minute I watched you, right through this series, you have amazed me with your dancing. I think your routines shine out and your personality has really brought the best out in John.

You are truely beautiful and your professional dancing on the show (with Brian) is wonderful to watch. Your personality is also beautiful and I think you have really enhanced the show.

I really hope you are (and Brian) are invited back and I hope you are coping well with the situation this week.

Your tears on ITT set me off, as it showed your passion for your art.

Please take care and be proud of what you have achieved.

Best wishes

S

You were fab Christina. Come back next year, hopefully they will give you a young, fit, talented and non-controversial partner. No offence to John intended whatsoever BTW but I think given a great partner you could make the final (even win) next year.

The tears which embarassed her yesterday but which she could not hold back, were a hint of her feelings for dancing first time in the UK. Brian has never seen her so upset.

This is no hardened dance professional just doing a job for pay and fame. She only wanted to do the best for her partner and please the public, and make friends for ballroom dancing. On all three counts she succeeded. Where is the crime in that?

There are lots of messages of support for Kristina in the appreciation threads too, and hopefully she will realise how much everyone has enjoyed her performances. I don't think I have seen a bad thing written about her anywhere - quite an achievement on this forum

Dear Kristina,
I thought you were a breath of fresh air on the show. Your choreography, so sympathetic to your partner, was excellent and your presence always brought a smile to my face.

I can't say I'm entirely unhappy at John leaving the competition, but I will miss your bright smile and infectious enthusiasm for your profession. I hope you'll be back next year and in the meantime I wish you continued success.

Dear Kristina,

I've never voted for anyone on SCD before, or had a favourite pro, but your dancing, and your routines, (and they were YOUR routines), were an absolute joy to watch and moved me to pick up the phone.

I'm sure this isn't how you would have liked your first SCD to end, but we all love you very much and desperately hope to see you and Brian doing some more of your marvellous pro dances.

Your class, style, talent and unending support for John has made you a national treasure. I so hope you'd be willing to come back next season and wow us all over again. You've set a new standard in the show, it won't be the same without you.

I love four things in particular about Kristina.

She came on here and talked to us and gave us updates and that was lovely!

She embraced her partnership with John and lost no opportunity saying what a lovely man he was, when others would have complained at not having some fit young Adonis to dance with.

She created some really charming, witty and enjoyable dances that I, for one, loved watching.

She showcased her celebrity and made it about him and not her, which is a skill that many of the professionals have not been able to master.

I VERY much hope she will be back for the next series - if there is one.

Kristina - come back and see us soon xx

Hope you come back next year, and look forward to seeing you in the pro dances:

Kristina: I have only watched Strictly a few times this year and of all the proffessionals you have really caught my eye. Your personality is so vibrant and your partnership with John has to have been one of the best in SCD history. I wish you luck and condolences on how your enthralling journey had to end. It seems that only some proffessionals help bring in votes, like Anton, but I think you're one of them and could become the most loved professional if you return and bless us with your amazing-ness.

Dear Kristina

I would like to add my voice to the beautiful thoughts already expressed in this thread.

I thought you were an amazing dancer and a fantastic and patient teacher. You have so much more to give to the show and I would really love to see you back here next year (I can't wait to see you in action on the tour as well)

I look forward to seeing you in the pro dances for the rest of this series and hope to see more solo spots with Brian.

You have added a lot to this series and may you continue to do so in the future

Best wishes

Dear Kristina,
I just want to echo what everyone else has said really. You are a wonderful asset to SCD and I hope that you return next year, your relationship with John was lovely and it was clear to see that you had the upmost respect for each other. You were patient and caring with your routinues and John clearly loved dancing with you. I will never forget your waltz, it was beautiful. You made an effort to keep in contact with the people who support you and that is something that none of the other pros do and it was greatly appreciated. I hope you come on here and read all the messages of support for you and John on what has probably been a very difficult and emotional week for you both. There is some negativity surrounding Johns departure but dont take any notice. Team Sergeant supporters will, and do, understand. We love you Kristina and dont forget that, you are brilliant and amazing and I hope you realise that.
Take care

Dear Kristina

Hope you visit the forums. You certainly made an impression this year and will be remembered as a great addition to the show. You treated John with respect and gave him steps which he could manage. You got him much further in the competition that anyone else would have so the fact that he has come this far before leaving is down to your hard work.

I loved that you put everything you had into getting him better. Have also enjoyed your show dances with Brian and you both stand out from the others.

Hope you come back next year and good luck with everything else you do.

Dear Kristina,

I can only agree with all the lovely messages from this thread.

In just a few weeks, you established yourself as my favourite female pro dancer. Your relationship with John was lovely, respectful and supportive and your choreographies for him were amazing.

I hope there will be more pro dances featuring you and Brian. I was lucky enough to see you two dance in Dukinfield last Sunday and you were breath-taking and electric.
When we got the chance to meet you after the show, you were gracious and friendly and very generous with your time. Thank you so much

I am sorry that your first Strictly Come Dancing experience has come to an end in such a sad way and I do hope that you will be back next year.

All the best xxxx

I've been watching Strictly for about 3 years and never really noticed the dancers, but if Kristina and Brian don't come back next year I am not going to watch!

Do they both do Dancing With the Stars? I might switch to that if they dont come back.

I think that John Sergent was kept in because of Kristina. She is a joy to watch, she brings Hollywood old glamour reminiscent of Gabor and Monroe, to the competition. Her dancing is superb, I think she seems to be a very humble person and I was very moved yesterday to see her upset. She has done so well with John and their partnership was charming. She would win with anyone I am sure because she is so loved by the public. There is noone who could dislike Kristina. She is a lovely lady in the truest sense of the word. Good luck and I hope you are back next year, although I think Kristina is destined for greater things.

Dear Krystina,

I wanted to add my support and thanks to you during what must be a difficult time. I also wished to express the difference you have made to me.

I've always watched SCD but have never been as moved as when I saw you dance. Not just your dances with John which always contained such enjoyment, warmth and emotion but also your brilliant dances with Brian. Until this yea I had never wanted to dance, never even considered it, but watching you this year has made me think differently. Watching John's enjoyment played a large part in that but actually what played a larger part was your your enjoyment in dancing with him. You taught me that dance is fun at all levels, and if such an excellent dancer as yourself could also share such fun in dancing with a complete amateur like John, then it really opened my eyes. As I have watched you I have thought 'I'd like to that' - for the first time in 45 years I now wish to learn to dance and share in that fun. Thank you Krystina (and John and Brian) for introducing me to that concept in a way no other professional has ever been able to do.

I think you are a very special human being and your warmth and compassion has touched me deeply.

Good luck for your professional dances and, of course, on Saturday and I am truly sad for any pain you are now going through.

With very best wishes.
