No it hasn't put me off, every year something 'controversial' happens. That's strictly. It's part of the charm really.

I think the show lacked something tonight, the whole John thing has just left a bad taste in the mouth. I don't feel like voting for anyone. I think Rachel getting four tens was something of a distraction as well, the routine was a bit boring.

Yes. They are all so desperate with the exception of Jodie. John was a breath of fresh air.

Yes..... It just used to be such a cheery affair, but now there is too much tension and I am really getting sick of all the picking on Craig - he deserves more recognition for what a good sport he is.

Pleased to see that you have now seen the light - your original post said that there was no-one entertaining left!

Having to watch John Sergeant put me off. Now we can all breathe a sigh of relief.

Thats it for me . The whole affair has left a nasty taste. John going has taken all the fun out of it. The beeb increased their audience share because of the John factor ..now they'll lose it again. Deservedly so.

I watched tonight's show. I wanted to see how everyone behaved and also to see John and Kristina's final dance, which was definitely worth watching. I can't be bothered to watch the results show tomorrow though.

The whole John debacle has been blown up out of all proportion, I'm not sorry to see him go, but sorry to see Kristina go. Now I can enjoy the rest of the show as the competition hots up.

well tonight we switch off after jod and christines dance so therefore missed the vastly overated rubbish that was that rachels effort, but we tuned in for johm and kristinas dance, once again its a pity the vile ,ignorant collective waste of oxygen that is the judging panel were too ignorant to stand up with the rest of the audience for the standing ovation,

Daniel Halliday, you seem like a very, very angry and bitter person. Maybe it's just the way you word your posts, but remember "it's just a tv show"!! Not worth having high blood pressure over.

I concede that Vincent and Rachel and Austin and Erin are entertaining (not as much as Jodie and John though

i know its just a tv show, i should take my own advice i do agree that there has been anger in my posts but thats down to a personal matter that has distracted me somewhat and caused me and the oh to miss our weekend in london and the SCD show at the beeb tonight, nothing though will ever change my opinions about the judges and i will look on SCD as just an entertainment show, nothing more or less,

i liked john because in these current times it was fun to see something that took my mind of the mundane problems caused by the current financial climate, i will miss his performances and bad dancing and sadly now he is gone , i only will stick around for as long as jodie and christine stay in, never ever warmed to any of the others, and tonight's perfect tens for an average performance for that singer and the constant underscoring of austin are not endearing me to the show now,

also the constant pushing of certain individuals by the judges as their clear favorites is i feel undermining a great show for me, one thing though who ever wins , i believe this season will be always know for the sergeant-gate turmoil and the eventual winner will be forgotten,

And salsajiva I agree with that "larger" dancers can be really amazing. I've been beaten many times by dancers who are bigger than me through competing as a Juv and Junior, and now in student dancesport.

Also, as a response to the Stage School thing...Rachel Stevens never went to stage school did she??? I thought she went to the London School of Fashion and then worked in PR for a while?”

Very sorry you feel that way Latin. I think I have spoken to you once only and I was rather narked over John. I think you really need to lighten up. Comments are not ment to be personal. You are not the one up there dancing.
