I think they should show it early on a Sunday evening - around 5.30-7.30pm before the main drama of the evening begins.”

May Contain Nuts ITV1 Two-part comedy drama about pushy mothers starring Sophie Thompson and Shirley Henderson as parents who will do almost anything to ensure their children get into the best school in south-west London. Based on John O'Farrell's best-selling novel, adapted by Mark Burton
Mumbai Calling ITV1 Seven-part sitcom set in a Mumbai call centre. Commissioned after a pilot aired on Wednesday 30 May 2007 written by Sanjeev Bhaskar, Laurence Marks and Maurice Gran. Bhaskar, who has written the series with Andrew Collins, plays Kenny Gupta, a British-born Indian sent to run the call centre, alongside Dev (Nitin Ganatra).
Jeremy Lion sitcom ITV1 Pilot of a comedy starring Justin Edwards as drunken childrens entertainer Jeremy Lion, with Miranda Hart and Gus Brown also in the cast. Written by Edwards and James Eldred.
Hibbert and Long ITV1 Pilot sitcom billed as a modern version of 1970s classic The Liver Birds, written by Sam Bain and Jesse Armstrong (of Peep Show fame). Stars Kerry Godliman and Lucy Montgomery as flatmates in their late 20s, with Tom Ellis as the man they both fancy and Simon Day as the publican at their local.
Frank Skinner series ITV1 Possible topical comedy show.
Clash of the Santas Christmas 2008, ITV1 A two-hour comedy drama featuring the characters from City Lights and Northern Lights, starring Robson Greene and Mark Benton.
The Abbey 2008, ITV2 Sitcom series following a successful pilot set in a rehab centre. Written by Morwenna Banks who stars as the ex-rock chic owner. Also stars Rasmus Hardiker.
Till I Die ITV1 Pilot comedy about a group of Manchester City football fans living in London, starring Steve Edge and Sally Lindsay as married supporters. Written by Aschlin Ditta (credits include The Catherine Tate Show); made by Hat Trick.
Two Faced ITV2 Hidden camera comedy show in which members of the public come face-to-face with fake versions of international superstars.
