Jealousy was evident from both of them in the house.
Zak with Liam and Billie, Chanelle with Charley.
If this happened in the house where they lived 24/7 in each others company, then the jealously radar will be off the scale outside the house.
The trust wasn't evident in the house, hence the arguments about flirting. How will they trust each other out the house, eg personal appearences.
Can't see it working, but hope the best for them both.
