Visually it’s very nice but the literature is a bit staid and the photos could be of a better quality.

Given the speed that she is currently moving at, regular updates will be essential...we shall see.

I wonder if there will ever be a conflict between her myspace and the official site; as in will her myspace have to become more formal, and less personal in the future. I suppose the more successful she becomes the less time she will have for her myspace, and as things stand it is linked through the official site right now.

Did you expect a professional company, spending a month working on it, to do better or something?

her myspace will be used for marketing, as she can put one post on it and send it to all the friends she has collected, as she did with the last post she made,
very clever idea, many companies, musicians do the same, it is free, and can reach alot of people with one post,

I reckon that between now and Christmas is likely to be a very exciting time for Chanelle, and her supporters!

I wonder who is supposed to be updating Chanelle's site then?

it does seem a little short of pictures unless they don't have many that are not copyright.

And a lot of people have had their pic taken with Chanelle but there's non up yet.
Mind you how many people know the site exists yet, and no mention of her impending TV work either.

I like the site so far anyway, but it may take some time to be updated if the info has to be passed around before it gets to someone that can input it to the site.

That's a clever ploy; so 12,000+ fans are kept in the loop with hardly any time or finance being used up!

Ok weve seen Charli at openings of envelopes, Gerry in pink whatevers, the twinnies at alot of events infact most really have been at some sort of parties and stuff.

So Chanelle! She was out earlier than alot yet she really hasnt done the turning up at envelopes. Why?????

Her outside appearances to me seem to have been work related or partner/family related. She hasnt been the desperado grabbing 5 minutes to get into the papers. Spawling over cars puking out of windows or having mad pictures taken of her hogging any next wanabee or celeb.
Her turn outs are well planned and thought out. She looks like shes looked after and the paps seem desperate for any kind of pic.
The only questionable one was with Lee Ryan( I think that might have been a good decoy as they couldnt really guess Zachs intensions when he would leave and was a protection claus if Zach wasnt interested! Hey ho another guy would have been media playing anyway! Might be wrong) but still she has conducted herself so well and to be 19 she really has taken this whole thing in her stride. It must have been a complete shock to her at 1st and prob is still teriffying with it still. I suppose what Im getting at is for one of the youngest housemates she has by far conducted herself amazingly professionally and is guided extremely well. This is going to p@ss alot of people off. The stroppy teenager wanabee tag! They really need to look at what a gracious beautiful young woman has conducted herself! Maturity has really shone through. Im extremely pleased.

I can't see things changing with the myspace. Perhaps after the Spice VH1 thing Chan could add a different slant to the VB coverage on it. Linking to it though is Chan saying that she is still the old Chanelle from Wakefield and still likes the support of her old contacts and friends.

Perhaps in the longer term Chan will develop a more private myspace or whatever for close friends and that "/chantanyell" one will be changed for fans to use and link to from her main site.

Sites evolve over time anyway, I expect it to change or be redeveloped as Chan's projects develop further. I think Chan may be Keen on developing a fashion line, amongst other things, and that would need some separate web presence with a fitting design.

most people in the public eye do this now as a way to freely advertise to there fans,

many BB HMs have thousands of friends so they caught on to the phenomenon a while ago, Vanessa BB6 has around 20,000 friends, can't even begin to imagine what she finds to tell them all about,

It's just too formal and commercial for me I cannot relate it to Chanelle the person it's more Chanelle the marketing tool, maybe I'm expecting too much.

They might dress the myspace up to look more like the site, and get her to do a regular blog for it?
Or possibly the myspace might get forgotten about now the site is up and running.

I do think they should have got it all working, including the Fan e-mail address, before it went live. But that was probably in the hands of the outside contractors.

But, all in all, very nice indeed.

I'm sure Chan will soon pass Vanessa! I never realised she was so popular...obviously the glamour route worked for her better than the "pink" girlie image that i recall her favouring as a HM!

Vanessa organises lots of parties/PAs....er....so I'm led to believe.

Thats what it it meant to be, it is to market her image, maybe if she had s forum for her fans it would be better, but she has to pay for it, so depends on how much she is prepared to pay for it as to how it will develop

thats why she needs 20,000 friends, I do see her on Wenn flashing her wares occassionaly,

I think i know what you mean; it is very slick, but there could be much more there!
