I nodded.
So I'm certain I was the biggest fan there by a long way.
There were 2 coppers standing by, and about 5 or 6 beefy guys in all black with those earpieces talking into their cuffs as if they were the CIA or something.
They were also about seven or eight Virgin Megastore staff and the Shopping Centre manager & the Megastore manager, an English chap.
About 11.00am the crowd had grown to about a hundred and the queue by about 40.
Chanelle arrived although I didn't see her actually arrive as my place in the queue was around the corner.
Since I was fairly near the back anyway I walked around to see her.
She was wearing a grey T-shirt with diamante type sparkles (I think, I'm not the best fashion observer) and blue jeans, VB ones I'm sure and boots.
The T-shirt had a deep scoop neck/cleavage line.
I noticed that fashion detail alright.
Funny that.
The Megastore manager announced her and interviewed her standing in the doorway of the shop behind a ribbon/tape stretched across the doorway.
There were 2 or 3 photographers there.
There was a large speaker system beside the Virgin Megastore shop and just as Chanelle starting answering the manager, it boomed into life with stupid adverts for the shops in the centre completely drowning out Chanelle.
The Virgin staffer standing beside me was breaking up laughing.
Chanelle laughed and didn't seem to mind that much.
I caught a few words about her perfume coming out in Ireland on such and such a date and her calendar, and her TV show and I think she said a second calendar, although it was nearly impossible to hear what she was saying so that might be wrong.
I was about 12 feet from her but I could have walked closer, it was a very relaxed atmosphere, no bother / aggro at all.
Chanelle was smiling all the time and was accompanied by Jade her PA in a jacket and skirt I think (sorry again fashion is not my forte. Jade is quite tanned and was wearing elaborate earrings and make-up.
Chanelle's not tall, but she's not tiny either, and she looks way more fleshy and curvy in real life. YUM.
Chanelle then cut the ribbon to a 5,4,3,2,1 countdown and cheers. A bit half -hearted from some there tbh.
I rejoined the queue and waited for it to move forward.
She was sitting behind a small table just inside the door, with a stack of 4 inch by 3 inch pictures, the same ones you see her signing at her PAs in nightclubs, the "official BB picture".
A poster on the window said it was a "signing session" but didn't mention calendars.
I was a bit worried beforehand that they wouldn't let me bring my own copy, that I'd have to buy one there.
It turns out the calendar isn't out yet (in Ireland anyway) and there were none in the shop.
I asked the security guy if she would sign my calendars and he said Yes I think so but get them out ready now.
(I had them in a envelope for protection.)
Seconds later I was standing in front of Chanelle as she sat at the table, handing her my 2 calendars. She smiled up at me in surprise and said "Where did you get these ?"
I mumbled "Infocado" and she looked slightly puzzled (I think) [Note : I was still in shock at this point, I should have said I preordered them by post]
Anyway she was just adorable, really, really, really, really, really nice and totally approachable.
I like her more now than I did before if that's possible.
She asked what should I write and where on the (OCTOBER) calendar pic, I said "To [My real name], Love Chanelle etc" She had a lot of eye shadow on, but her eyes stood out a mile without it anyway.
They're dark brown and really big and round, she has the loveliest eyes I think I've ever seen, up there with Jennifer Connelly's eyes [Massively high praise from me]
I had brought a 3 page letter with me to Chanelle telling her all about this thread, and also about the montages of Chanelle and Chiggy that FMs on here have done.
I also said how nice, beautiful , honest and sweet-natured she is.
Bearing in mind Chanelle putting up a less than wonderful example last night on her MySpace I wanted her to see the masterpieces that some FMs have made.

Jade told me she goes on the Chanelle Appreciation Thread on Digital Spy and tells Chanelle everything worth telling her about / fills her in etc.
I said it would be great if Chanelle would post herself occasionally and she said when they're in the car they sometimes read it together on their laptop computer.
I also told Jade about Lesley Brain being on here, and after saying Who ? until I reminded her who she was, she thanked me again and urged me to write to the Neon address with everything in future.
I said to Chanelle "Happy birthday for. . . .[and couldn't remember the day of the week it was on for a few seconds]
Quick as a flash she smiled and said "Sunday" and smiled again. I told her I thought she was great and she said "Aww Thank You" and smiled again.
In the excitement I forgot to ask about MySpace but I did ask in the letter.
It's impossible to convey how nice she is. She's adorable, a little sexy bunny and Ziggy is the luckiest man alive and absolutely insane if he lets her slip through his fingers.
I said a few more words to Jade and then raced to buy a B-day card for Chanelle before she left.
I got back and went to give it to Jade as Chanelle was still signing. But Jade was on her mobile and I didn't want to interrupt her. Just then Chanelle finished and started walking towards Jade & I, so I thrust the card towards her and then buoyed up in courage by how nice she was I asked her "Can I have a kiss ?"
She said "Of course" and smiled and leant forward, I leaned forward and kissed her on the side on her face, actually I mostly kissed her blond hair at the side and a bit of her cheek but I'm not complaining. Her hair was ultra soft by the way.
I'm still on cloud nine.”

Chanelle arrived although I didn't see her actually arrive as my place in the queue was around the corner.
Since I was fairly near the back anyway I walked around to see her.
She was wearing a grey T-shirt with diamante type sparkles (I think, I'm not the best fashion observer) and blue jeans, VB ones I'm sure and boots.
The T-shirt had a deep scoop neck/cleavage line.
I noticed that fashion detail alright.
Funny that.
The Megastore manager announced her and interviewed her standing in the doorway of the shop behind a ribbon/tape stretched across the doorway.
There were 2 or 3 photographers there.
There was a large speaker system beside the Virgin Megastore shop and just as Chanelle starting answering the manager, it boomed into life with stupid adverts for the shops in the centre completely drowning out Chanelle.
The Virgin staffer standing beside me was breaking up laughing.
Chanelle laughed and didn't seem to mind that much.
I caught a few words about her perfume coming out in Ireland on such and such a date and her calendar, and her TV show and I think she said a second calendar, although it was nearly impossible to hear what she was saying so that might be wrong.
I was about 12 feet from her but I could have walked closer, it was a very relaxed atmosphere, no bother / aggro at all.
Chanelle was smiling all the time and was accompanied by Jade her PA in a jacket and skirt I think (sorry again fashion is not my forte. Jade is quite tanned and was wearing elaborate earrings and make-up.
Chanelle's not tall, but she's not tiny either, and she looks way more fleshy and curvy in real life. YUM.
Chanelle then cut the ribbon to a 5,4,3,2,1 countdown and cheers. A bit half -hearted from some there tbh.
I rejoined the queue and waited for it to move forward.
She was sitting behind a small table just inside the door, with a stack of 4 inch by 3 inch pictures, the same ones you see her signing at her PAs in nightclubs, the "official BB picture".
A poster on the window said it was a "signing session" but didn't mention calendars.
I was a bit worried beforehand that they wouldn't let me bring my own copy, that I'd have to buy one there.
It turns out the calendar isn't out yet (in Ireland anyway) and there were none in the shop.
I asked the security guy if she would sign my calendars and he said Yes I think so but get them out ready now.
(I had them in a envelope for protection.)
Seconds later I was standing in front of Chanelle as she sat at the table, handing her my 2 calendars. She smiled up at me in surprise and said "Where did you get these ?"
I mumbled "Infocado" and she looked slightly puzzled (I think) [Note : I was still in shock at this point, I should have said I preordered them by post
]Anyway she was just adorable, really, really, really, really, really nice and totally approachable.
I like her more now than I did before if that's possible.
She asked what should I write and where on the (OCTOBER) calendar pic, I said "To [My real name], Love Chanelle etc" She had a lot of eye shadow on, but her eyes stood out a mile without it anyway.
They're dark brown and really big and round, she has the loveliest eyes I think I've ever seen, up there with Jennifer Connelly's eyes [Massively high praise from me
]I had brought a 3 page letter with me to Chanelle telling her all about this thread, and also about the montages of Chanelle and Chiggy that FMs on here have done.
I also said how nice, beautiful , honest and sweet-natured she is.
Bearing in mind Chanelle putting up a less than wonderful example last night on her MySpace I wanted her to see the masterpieces that some FMs have made.

"Can you send it to us ?" [Meaning the zig&chan thread scrapbook and DVD] Jade came over and told me to send everything to the Neon address as "We're totally separate to Ziggy's agent". I said that they gave it to Claire, and I thought there was only one copy in existence. I asked Chanelle if she'd seen the scrapbook and she said "No we haven't got it". Jade told me she goes on the Chanelle Appreciation Thread on Digital Spy and tells Chanelle everything worth telling her about / fills her in etc.
I said it would be great if Chanelle would post herself occasionally and she said when they're in the car they sometimes read it together on their laptop computer.
I also told Jade about Lesley Brain being on here, and after saying Who ? until I reminded her who she was, she thanked me again and urged me to write to the Neon address with everything in future.
I said to Chanelle "Happy birthday for. . . .[and couldn't remember the day of the week it was on for a few seconds]
Quick as a flash she smiled and said "Sunday" and smiled again. I told her I thought she was great and she said "Aww Thank You" and smiled again.
In the excitement I forgot to ask about MySpace but I did ask in the letter.
It's impossible to convey how nice she is. She's adorable, a little sexy bunny and Ziggy is the luckiest man alive and absolutely insane if he lets her slip through his fingers.
I said a few more words to Jade and then raced to buy a B-day card for Chanelle before she left.
I got back and went to give it to Jade as Chanelle was still signing. But Jade was on her mobile and I didn't want to interrupt her. Just then Chanelle finished and started walking towards Jade & I, so I thrust the card towards her and then buoyed up in courage by how nice she was I asked her "Can I have a kiss ?"
She said "Of course" and smiled and leant forward, I leaned forward and kissed her on the side on her face, actually I mostly kissed her blond hair at the side and a bit of her cheek but I'm not complaining. Her hair was ultra soft by the way.
I'm still on cloud nine.

Didnt Ziggy say it was in the office - by which I presume he meant Claires office....so he prob hasnt gotten it yet if shes off for a few days......dont worry he will get it and bring it home to show chanelle I'm sure...

He knows about it but has to collect it from Claire/the office...but claire told Mabbs shes off for a few days so he probably just hasnt gotten it from her yet...nothing more to it than that, I'm sure

You are probably right - it just seemed to be quite a while ago that we heard the agency had the book and I got the impression that Claire was on holiday quite recently. From a PR perspective I am surprised he book hasn't been passed to Ziggy at least by now even if an official response has not been released.
Ooh unless it has and he's keeping it back for her for her birthday.
Isn't it funny how a little bit of good news goes a long way.
