Right, I saw that one. Guess that poster can't recognize affectionate banter when he/she sees it. Chanelle would always say "stupid" to her college friends, and they would say "idiot" back. Is the failure to recognize this a regional thing? Do people from the north enjoy affectionate ribbing more than Londoners? What is the problem here?

I remember a FM on the main forum, Speak-Softly (a fantastic poster and defender of Chanelle) asking that when people say they hate Chanelle, what Chanelle are they talking about, before listing many of the different Chanelle's there were. He/she asked them did they dislike the underconfident Chanelle who clearly underestimated herself. He/she described Chanelle as being "beautiful, beyond pretty". So apt I thought.

Nope, the defenses section is non-country specific, and refers to that fact within it.

Really, if people sued over forums like this the courts would be full all day everyday for years to come with only libel cases.

If somebody said, you know who, had committed a murder or serious crime, when he hadn't well then you would have a case.

But even then a quick removal of the post and apology from the Moderators would lessen the sum awarded if any.

Stupid! As Chanelle would say. Roughly translates to "it was great" . I also agree I hope that all the cr@p she's going through at the moment doesn't change her. I don't think it will somehow I think she is true to her friends and she won't forget thosed who helped her on the way up.

I never watched BB before and I never will again. I realized early on that I'm a Chanelle fan, not a BB fan. I felt so protective of her that I, too, could not settle in for the night until I knew she was safely sleeping.

How I negotiated the summer behind such a thick fog of sleep deprivation I'll never know.

Out there in the world beyond the DS forums, I bet for each one of us Chanelle appreciators there are thousands more who feel exactly the same about her and support her career. Go Chan!
