Thanks jp45 - but most of the time it is not too bad - more frustrating than anything else. I will try the steaming menthol crystals though and see how I go.

I am starting to wonder if it is a sinus infection - cos it is not that painful most of the time. Just a dull pain above my eye.

I have to shake my head at the Heat comments about Chan's list ... she's havin' a bit of fun and promoting her show fgs ... although she did have to practice singing and dancing and she did get a puppy ... and she did need an image ... and she didn't want a loser bf. Actually it's a good list ...... I like lists
