At the end I think they said something like they had 'over a hundred, well 6 hundred' listening . Wonder what the figures would have been like if it hadn't snowed in the UK and most everyone had been out today

ETA: Sorry, night Chloe

.. listening to Dirk's US radio show - I've laughed out loud and hard several times! Yes, he is pretty right wing and anti-PC, but I can't hold that against him.

we were all cheering out loud when the names got called out. Neighbours must've thought we'd won the lotto!

i will treasure that interview (not just cos we were on it although that is a major factor of course but I love the fact this man has got guts. He has beliefs and values and says them at the risk of being attacked for daring to go against the pc brigade. I'm more fascinated than ever to find out more.

I'm enjoying it even more listening to it back (even though I am trying to transcribe chunks of it for the one-liners thread). He is a truely fascinating individual...I could literally listen to him talk all day long!

True.

I'll make it up later. I might even buy him a pair of BSG trousers to wear if he's really lucky

Rats. They've now restricted the podcast to registered members and I wasn't quick enough. Thought I'd wait until things quietened down.

I've downloaded it to my hard drive, but it's 68MB - don't know how I could upload or send it to anyone, unless someone has an ftp site?

Just listening to JJ podcast ..... don't think they knowjust how big BB is over here. They just mentioned it was a BBC programme and that it goes out weekly. Hope Dirk put them straight it's on every single minute of the day for three and a half weeks..... yes that's why we know Dirk's a legend here.

If it's 68MB, my email server wouldn't accept it (my max is 3mb) . But many thanks for the offer Muttley and Wombat.

What's an ftp site ?

I'm not sure of the technicalities, but it's a site where people can upload and download large files directly rather than sending them by email or disc. Techie people have them.
