Have found Dirk's old website on the net (www.kamikazecowboy.com). He took it down in 2005, but if you type it in to the WayBack Machine on the Internet Archive then you can see it in all its glory, although it takes blooming ages to load...

I thought 'Confessions of a Kamikaze Cowboy' was published by Avery which was bought out by the Penguin Group. However, searching their site I can't find any reference to it at all. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.

Anyway, while on the PenguinGroup USA site I sent another email asking for 'And Then We Went Fishing'. Explaining the huge demand for it over here
