Just to answer wombat before I go, I think I stood in the queue for about 20-30 mins as there were three or four people in front of me, the further you move up the queue the more exciting and nerve wracking it gets! As I said before though, it's great buzz when you actually get to meet your heroes (and they turn out to be as nice as you hoped they were!)

ta very much - never met anyone famous I had a real admiration (or secret passion ) for. Closest I got was seeing Ralph Fiennes play Hamlet in 1994 and that was from quite a distance

That is a lot of money but it is definitely worth it!! If there is a Collectormania this year and Dirk is going to be there i will try my up most to make it. Although i may end up in a hospital after seeing dirk in the flesh!!
