The bit with the shirts makes me sob my heart out.....

But it's also very beautiful as well...

I like the rounded nature of the charactors, the way you sense that so many people's lifes are affected by the circumstances they find themselves in.

I have to say I was mad as heck BBM didn't win best picture at last years oscars - what a travisity that was!!! Totally political decision to award the director rather than the film, because we can't have a 'gay' film win best picture can we!!! The thing about BBM is that you talk to people who have seen it and it has been a profound film-going experience for them...you can hardly say that about Crash!!!
