I hadn't a clue. Although actually, think I had guessed the BBC one too. Wonder where that hat came from? It takes a certain kind of man to be able to pull that particular headgear off

The thought had crossed my mind. There's a fine line between jokes and rudeness, some people draw it waaay too early.

Yes, especially at a certain age. If my dad went out in public in a baseball cap I think I'd disown him. But on Dirk it just looks...right.
