Have you tried looking at the hybrid map on Google for Bigfork Montana. You can see the roofs of the houses near the lake quite clearly.

Dont worry Chloe and Denj - we'll all stick together. I am going to give Dirks way of eating a try but will have to moderate it because it's a bit severe. I have also heard very good reports about Paul Mckenna's "Think yourself thin" and know someone who has done very well using it Think we'll do better when the sun shines

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome, and I’m really glad you guys liked the screen caps–there was way too much pretty to keep to myself *g* Some of you I know from or have crossed paths with on the A-Team forum and the Dishing the Dirk community *waves to RGWT, Muttley76 and Haggy-Me* And it’s nice to meet you, Cicero22, Susann, DivaQueen, DenJ, Bea07, Chloe_26, Trixiehobbit, Hermione, Hera and Gmr73! (Forgive me if I missed anyone–this thread has advanced 13 pages since lsat night–and this is a slow day? *laughs*)

Nothing like a nice shower to get you going in the morning.
Yowza! *fans self* Now that is quite a welcome! I love me some wet Dirk, and naked wet Dirk all the more! Incidentally, has anyone been able to get a hold of that film?

Awww, ‘Dirkling cousin from across the water’, I like that--I think I’m going to adopt that as one of my unofficial monikers. Sadly, I live over 1000 miles south of Montana, but you all are welcome to swing by on your holidays and we can have a Dirk film fest. Who’s bringing Goldene Zeiten?

I have to admit I'm a little out of the loop when it comes to the goings on of the media most of the time, so chances are you guys will know about anything just as quickly, if not sooner. But I'll be sure to pass on anything of interest in the event I hear of anything.

Also, enjoy your viewing of Sssssss!

Awww, that’s adorable. And you wouldn’t be the first–I can’t tell you how much Star Wars stuff my sister bought with the justification that her five year old was into it. *laughs*

Thanks Trixiehobbit. Since you have a Tolkien related username I can display why a complete and utter nerd I am and tell you that it’s a play on a term for dawn from the LOTR books. And enjoy KC by the way!

*nods* I’ve only watched the last part of the film once. Not only can I not bear the tragedy of young, gorgeous (frequently half naked) Dirk turning into a snake, it’s also difficult to watch as obviously the guys’ suffering.

If possible, can you apprise us of any upcoming interviews he might engage in - and can you bring over the cohorts from your site? We need all the help we can get in order to bolster our plea for him to return here in something meaningful.
*laughs* I have been a fan of Dirk's for a grand total of two and a half months, so it was definitely good timing with all the attention generated by his time on CBB! The crazy thing is that I'm old enough to remember when both BSG and A-Team aired originally, but I just wasn't into either show at the time. I think it's wonderful that so many people are "rediscovering" him.

I get most of my information from the Internet too, so chances are that if I know about it someone here has already posted about it. But if I come across anything, I'll be sure to let you guys know. As far as the members of the other communities I belong to, to the best of my knowledge most everyone on DtD either posts or lurks here, and I know a few from the A-Team shrine forums do as well.

Oh no, not at all! Most of the fun is in sharing the Dirk love! There were a couple of times I wanted to join in with all the squeeing, but wasn’t able to due to my own stupidity in taking so long to register here. *rolls eyes at self* You all are welcome to come post on DtD, by the way. I’m hoping to post some more caps later this week, from Alaska and Dirk’s second appearance on Charlie’s Angels.

Exactly! I’ve been having fun watching this thread for almost two months now.

*takes a deep breath* OK, I think that's everything. Again, apologies if I failed to reply to anyone.

yeah me too!

I was doing a search looking for a suitable 'secret santa' present and just discovered that Dirk appeared in a film I remember very fondly from when I was four or five, called 'scavenger hunt' - I haven't seen that film in like forever, but I sure did love it when I was little!!!

So now I have to hunt that down too....it's endless!!!

I wish I could tell exactly WTF it is but I'm so sad, I started doing screen caps (I'm like a child with a new toy) and haven't really bothered to watch the film. Thank God geek will be able to fill us all in
