Its used in a soup....its made from bean curd I think....everything seems to be made from soya beans.

Yeah it does look a bit like cheese.....I might get hubby to use it in one of his stir frys.....though its quite expensive for a little box.

I've only ever had instant miso with sea veggies
never ate tofu
but i have quit eating meat for the last three weeks
