In that video Jack could b saying goodbye to The Doctor because at the end TD & Martha llaugh, maybe Jack disappears in front of them.

I think Jack must explain to the Doctor how he got from Satellite 500 to the present Cardiff. In the video he's probably saying after he salutes TD "watch this" and thats why they r surprised.
