Just think a lot of Leo's problems are the 'small man' type problems. They have to build themselves up and he did it by talking about himself all the time.

don't worry, there are no mongeese around....

This is very boring and a very long time ago - I had friends who lived next door to his mother. It was just around the time he was becoming well known and she was always talking about how he was doing etc etc (come to think about she used to talk a lot)
