I am doing my screencaps for the top ten, it's a very soothing way to spend the early hours.

I got in from a night out at half one and thought I'd be good and go to bed instead of coming on here, and then was just tossing and turning until 5am, when I gave up. ![]() I'm not a morning person at all, hopefully I'll have a nap later.

I agree I don't think it is worth just tossing and turning especailly as you can have a nap later if you want as it is Sunday.

![]() Are you doing anything nice today? Do you have any children to spoil you for Mother's Day?

Perhaps the powers that be thought it was too 'butch' for Mothers Day.
No forget that thought - I am sure they don't think about things like that. After all they ususally show films like 'The Great Escape' on Mothers Day. |

I was just thinking about my late mother and wondering what she would make of me sitting on a laptop computer typing a message to someone about some guy off the 'telly' How proud!!!

She's not got the internet though so she doesn't quite get the attraction. She's an insomniac so I bet if she had a PC she'd be up all night chatting to random people. ![]() I should have rung her at 5am to say Happy Mother's Day, she'd have probably been up as well. She lives down near you rainbow, so I won't get to see her today.

My mother died in 1992 before there was anything like a laptop or even a mobile phone.
The one thing that I wish that had been invented before she died was the mobile phone. In her last years she lived with me (not the easiest time but, hey) but I was out a lot and at work of course and she used to get very worried and panicking if she wasn't able to contact my brother or me. A mobile phone would have been so wonderful because I would have been always contactable! and she would not have had all that worry |

Yes, mobiles are an amazing invention, you wonder how you ever lived without them.
Much like the internet.
