Think you may need to give him a push - remember, he's in his 60s so if you're going to do it, you need to do it soon

Hello there
and welcome We all miss him too Are you following the full macrobiotic diet? I do pretty much and it certainly works for me ![]() I'm not doing the full macrobiotic diet, but have introduced all sorts of things I've never had before - lots of brown rice, miso soup, seaweed, all sorts of beans etc. He made me think much more about what I put into my system. Hopefully it'll be a lifelong change, so he's had quite an effect on me beyond BB. Well done on following the full diet, I think it's a great thing to do if you can manage it.

Out of interest Cicero, how long have you been following macrobiotic? And how did you first get into it?
