One needs to be quite circumspect with this sort of thing I find.

It really does depend where you are downloading your software from and whether it is genuinely free as in open source, or the other type of 'free'

If the latter, just choose reputable download sites and make sure it is scanned fully by your antivirus program as it downloads and installs. bit torrents are reliable, so I am told.

i am probably teaching my grandmother to suck eggs here, so apologies if this is the case, but sometimes folk are glad of a bit of useful advice.

My son is an expert on free software (both kinds).
and we never experience problems with 'bad' software...

Yes definitely still loving the Hunk, doubt its going to change - although miss seeing him on TV, wish he would do the occasional programmne - so my fix of zigitis can be sorted out

Having seen Ziggy on the RTE 'The Cafe' - do feel that a presenting job in a similar type programne would be right up his street - either on his own or with another presenter (male of course). He had the look, voice, presence, attitude and ability.

I think you can safely say without doubt we are all missing him. Thank goodness for the wonderful clips supplied to us here and on ZAC - it makes the fact we can't see him a little more bearable (but only just).

I feel exactly the same as you mabbs about the clips. It helps to watch them so we still get to see and listen to him. We desperately need him to do something on tele. An advert would be good. Something like some after shave would be lovely.

I would love to see him presenting. Although he got the mickey taken out of him so badly in the house, i feel that he would make an excellent presenter because he can put people at ease with his lovely manner. TV job would be cool cos then would could see him!!!

Hiya RaChAeL. Welcome back. the DVD is being put together as we speak. Forum member Denj has sorted it out. It is going to cost about £50 Sorry if that sounds expensive but it maybe less. depends on what has gone on the DVD. If it is £50 then it will include nearly everything that we wanted it too without much being left out. We are all going to have to wait and see TBH. Will certainly be worth it when it is done.
