Just remembered something - why was Calum Best at Chanelle's party? Nobody seems to have mentioned it as its been overtaken by the break-up - I know he is with Neon management but a bit strange don't you think given the fuss that was made about him being seen on a car with her. He must have had notice to go

You know something guys, after reading some of the sh*te that has been posted on this forum for the past few days and reading both interviews today I am more resolute than ever in my support for Ziggy. It is actually quite frightening that people can overlook whats been said at the heart of a story and blame one party for everything. However the consoling thing is that this forum is tiny in the grand scheme of things and I'm pretty sure that most people reading heat today will understand what really happened.

Whether or not he will continue to pursue a public career is down to him I guess, but I really really hope so and I hope that he can begin to build a career for himself in whatever he wants to do. He will certainly have my support for him in whatever he chooses to do (btw how much is a return flight to brazil)

I know full well that Ziggy has many many flaws and sometimes watching him in the house I wanted to pick him up and shake him, but give me someone with real live flaws rather than idolising supposed perfection. One thing I've learned in life is that if you put someone on a pedestal then your sure to be disappointed somewhere down the line cause ain't no one of us is perfect (despite what some threads on here would have you believe) but underneath I think he is a sincere and good guy. One day (who knows maybe in a years time, maybe 5 years or maybe tomorrow) he will meet someone who he can set up a life with and be settled and happy. I really hope that good things come for him. Just remember Ziggy whatever doesn't kill you can only make you stronger

In the mean time I hope he gets out there and has fun with who ever he wants to have fun with.

BTW (do you think 34 is too old an older woman)

never doubted if for a second. No paper is going to come out with allegations of assualt without having some form of back up. If Ziggy had been lying then I would imagine that Chanelle would have been perfectly within her rights to sue - surely if someone made such serious allegations of assualt against you and they were false you would at least come out and say that. Unless I've missed it cause tbh I've lost interest in following Chanelle now she has still to deny any of it.

But you're right in what you say. I found Ziggy interesting - not a huge fan of his but compared to the rest he intrigued me. A very flawed character but that was the appeal. I supported Nikki last year for much the same reason. Wanted to shake her half the time and hug her the other half. Maybe for that reason I think this thread which I have only lurked in until today is a good one - there is no idolisation as far as I can see. You can appreciate someone whilst still seeing their flaws - just as well really or I wouldn't still be with my OH

Quite the contrary really - the last DS story quoted a "friend" as saying Chanelle has issues which she knows she has to deal with or wtte.

I do wonder though why Chanelle didn't go to the Sunday papers after Ziggy dumped her.

This is true - it's one thing printing a kiss and tell with no concrete evidence, but I think even NOTW would have to check facts with personal and specific allegations such as these.

Given the exchange of emails hightlighted a few pages back it would appear that the only papers that she would have contractually been able to go with would have been the Daily star and given the storyline that they wanted to feed they felt best to let the new magazine handle it.

Though found it quite funny that new magazine and star (who are all part of the same chain I think) ran with two different story line - but neither denied the alledged abuse.

I believe decision made by Express Group - DS/OK/New etc. to go with damage limitation due to their contract with Chanelle. Story being lined up for something different - Ziggy took action to counteract anything they were going to say. All this stuff about sacking agents was no doubt fear of not being able to control what Ziggy did.

Because she thought that she could talk him into going back with her - it seems that she's done that on numerous occasions over the last couple of months! Once it was in the press, it would be so much more final.

Neither of them spoke to anyone in the media during that week of break up. Interestingly, looking back at some of the photos from RSC and since, Ziggy looks uncomfortable all the time - there are only a couple of Chan looking anything other than radiant - so she can pull it off when she needs to.

We will never know for sure but I do think this is the main reason Ziggy went to the press cause he knew it would be the only way to finish it off for good.

Today, Zig said in the Heat Mag, if Chanelle says that I hit or hurt her I will sue .......so you are right, it would appear that if the claims that Zig said against Chanelle werent true she could have done the same thing.

After seeing the Article in Heat I think it was really sincere and hope it will prove to her fans how manipulative person she is......I thought I might be reading it and thinking oh Zig, but no! I think Zig will get support from that interview.

Still one thing, one - both of them say I dumped Zig, then Zig dumped me, Zig dumped her.....they even have to argue about ending their relationship. When you think about it Zig has been living a nightmare for 2 months and everyone sending him and chanelle wishes and saying what a wonderful couple they make and he must have held it all together for as long as he could just to please his fans.
