Could somebody please explain how Ziggy could be best dressed one week and then worst dressed the next when the picture would appear to be been taken at the same time?

Gosh, he seems to spend quite a bit of time at the Gilgamesh in Camden. When Ziggy celebrated his brother's (Daniel) birthday at the Gilgamesh last Sunday, he was wearing black suit with white shirt.
