i hope next week my internet will be fine. sky are gonna install cable on friday and then they will give me broadband afterwards...so im just waiting patiently....im at work and am gonna leave in a minute...

I wondered about that - they do look incredibly natural - are the same ones in OK or are these just the ones that were in the Star - not all of them obviously

It's these that have been used in the Star. The OK shoot is a posed studio photo shoot (with a very gorgeously naked - from the waist up sadly - Guy in the bath.... )

They do look natural in the pictures , without a pose in sight.

The photos look as if they have all been taken from a distance with a telephoto lens , so they may not have been aware that they were being taken.

Or if they were they just chose to ignore it. It doesn't look like the typical prearranged shoot favoured by most mags and newspapers.

I'm so pleased to see the pics of Nikki n Guy so happy and so obviously in love...(thanks Tipi). He's gorgeous! I wouldnt mind a frolic in the pool with him either!....
He better treat Nikki like the special lady she is though or else he'll have the NTA army on his case....Although in fairness to him, hes not sporting a dog-lead as an, ahem...accessory, which is a plus in my book!

Have to LOL at Nikki's expression in some of those..... priceless!!.... And i see the ole trusty bottled water is never too far away either!!.....

Evening Dizzy, as you say atleast there is no lead. And when Nikki has her back to him, he's only rubbing in suntan oil or giving her a gentle massage, not like another couple we could mention. When his woman has her back to him, he whacks her arris with a large wooden paddle. Nice. I know which I would prefer.......

I think Picture No.68 is one of the funniest.

She's in a shop with I think two bottles of water in her hand, and she is standing by a minor mountain of bottled water which she is looking down at with the umm expression that were so used to.

Did you know that if you click on the thumbnail tab you can get the individual photo's that can be previewed in a larger format.

I suppose I'm the only one who didn't know.

The pictures look to me to have been taken by someone from WENN they are classed as Exclusive and by arrangement, like a fly on the wall, not staged, from a distance so that the subject is not embarrased or aware, you can't get 110 pics without someone knowing, and she will probably get a few bob out of them, if they taken for a Particular Mag, they probably would have had different changes of particular clothes etc.

But no doubt the pics were taken with their knowledge, don't think the Mags would Buy them from WENN if they had been stolen so to speak, they might get Sued.

WENN have either gone out with them or arranged to fly out later, but they wouldn't be exclusive if all the paps knew were they were.

I thought it was maybe some freelance who could have sold the pictures to the agency. I dont think there is a law against it.

They could be freelance, But WENN aren't going to Put them on their site as their own unless they have the right to distribute them, so it's unlikely that they have been taken without permission.

And it looks to me as though they are aware of the photographer all the time.

As he's always in front of them.

I dont know exactly what the privacy laws are , but I thought that the Papparazzi and such were able to take and sell practically what they liked. Especially if they are in a public place.

And if they then sold them on , are there any laws about them being distributed without the permission of the subjects?

I was on my course today, it was dead stressful until dinner, and then dead boring after it At least I get a pay-rise once I've finished it and changed jobs ( they aren't very different though ). Take a while though, only one day a week so I don't miss too much work. I think I'm the office mascot or something
