Having not been in here since last night, I just wanna say how truly disgusted I was at Carole - the way she shouted at Gerry was just awful, and I felt desperately sorry for him - it broke my heart to see him being spoken to in that manner! And the worst part for me was when he was listening to the door - I wanted to give him such a massive hug, it was unreal!

I dont know...... I almost dont wanna vote anymore because I feel it will be cruel to keep him in the house with those nasty, vicious people - I dont think I'd be a genuine fan if I wanted to keep him in there because he's been treated so shockingly bad, I'd feel better to set him free, really would!

What is everyone else's opinions on last night, and what we do next regarding the voting?

I know what you mean about not wanting him to be kept in with such cruel people, but at the same time i want him to survive this eviction to show him that he's not hated by all as he seems to think, and that if this was a vote to save he'd beat alot of people in there, including scarecrow Which is why id love him to be in the final, i want to see the looks of shock on some of their faces And Gerry will be extremely happy

I did not like the way Brian and Tracey were having a go at Gerry last night, he said 'please dont judge me', then Brian said 'ooooh, dont judge me, i went to harvard' mocking his voice (or trying to), then gerry said 'dont laugh its not funny' and they both carried on laughing in his face I spose people will just think this is Brian being funny again

The trouble is all people can see is the arguments he's been having, which is why he'll get so many votes to evict...He cant leave!!!!!

Could someone start another thread called 'Operation save Gerry' and say that if you want Gerry to stay its important that you must vote Kara Louise out.

Wow! This is such an amazingly positive thread to get in from work and read.

I really feel a movement is beginning to grow behind our boy. I think many people have been indifferent to BB8 until now and not cared about who was going to win. But now they are starting to place their marker behind Gerry thanks to the malicious way some of the others have treated him.

I have been a nervous wreak today one minute feeling physically ill at the image of Guru Tracey and Guru Ziggy sending Gerry home so they can keep Carole.

And the next being deliriously excited at the prospect of Gerry winning the whole d@mn show which I for one have not give up hope of.

This is the most exciting and nerve wracking experience I have ever had watching any TV show in my life. Will be very relieved when its all over to be frank BUT that is not going to bein 28 hours NO WAY!!!!

I will vote for Carole as well since I want to do more than just leave Gerry in a Guru-vote off with K-L.

(To be honest I think he might as well be evicted in that scenario because it would leave him feeling gutted and potentially destroyed by the house).

We need to work hard and get two people over Gerry. It means more votes but needs must.

Regarding voting for K-L: Other fans are going to plump for her as well since they reason the same as we have that she offers a potential buffer between their fave and eviction so it DOES make sense.

We just have to hold our nerve here.

Rich, that another of my feelings too! If I was a brian fan and also liked gerry, I would be voting KL, thinking that shes had her spotlight, but not been there long enough to have a place at the end.

This is when i stop being able to eat food until the eviction is over and im hoping i can then pop open the champagne and gorge on chocolate cake to celebrate I'm soooooo nervous...GERRY MUST STAY AND WIN!!

I might think about buying little tracey and ziggy voodoo dolls so that if the decision does lie in their hands to evict Gerry and they say his name, i'll poke and prod them til they say Carole instead

Wonder post - I'm glad of you keeping the faith because I'm losing it slightly as tomorrow gets nearer - not because I dont think he can do it, but because I feel so sad for the way he's been treated and dont want him to put up with it for much longer! I'm hoping tonight's edit (I've read it, and it seems to show Carole up good and proper) will cheer me up and give me that push I need to think our Gerry CAN survive! There's only tonight, really, so I shall remain as positive as I can, for his sake. It's really silly, but I'm so nervous for him because he so needs to know the fans love him and for him NOT to be in the top two!
