Saw God of War reviewed on Gamer TV and was tempted to buy a ps2 because of it, didn't in the end as if I were going to buy a ps it would be ps3. Do you know if ps3 will play ps2 games? I've only ever owned Sega or Nintendo consoles.
I just googled the question and the response was yes, but there may be some quality graphics issues (which i think can be sorted out)

Zofo, I would be more than happy to part with one, Most of them are in a box in my warddrobe as I have no room in my bedroom, basically Garfield has been taken over by sheep (all thanks to my nickname....LOL)

Might think about it then, ps3 still seems too expensive to me though.

I have so many games for Wii and DS that I don't think I have time for any more at the moment

Yes, it is too expensive, I usually wait untill the prices drop before I consider buying one.

Also have my heart set on a Wii too, my god, I will have no space to put them in the living room....LOL, will need to build a bigger TV cabinet

A friend of mind has every console you can think of set up in his living room, he has them rigged up to his TV and PC. He even has an arcade machine in the corner of the room and when ever he wants to change games, he just swaps the boards. Amazing for playing pac man, frogger, galaxican etc etc We tend to have game nights every not and again, the problem is that they last till the next day...LOL

Oh you must get a Wii. I can then send you mine and my cat's avatar (called Mii's) and they will appear in your games

Your friend sounds great. I used to love playing Pacman at the arcades, and am also guilty of not being able to start once I start

Where are the others tonight?

Jeez, I miss one day and they all disappear!

LOL!, I guess because it's Friday night and they are out on the town.

One thing for sure, I don't miss the Friday night on the town one bit. I seem to spend a fortune on drinks, paying to go into night clubs and what do I have to show for it at the end of the night?, sweet FA

I'm not one for much clubbing anymore either, though there was a time I was either clubbing it or in a chill-out for most of the weekend

So what else do you like Zofo?, the past couple of days I have been watching my 'Water margin box set', and once that's finnished I have 'monkey' to watch

I miss the things that they used to show on TV in our time, I even found a fav comic series on ebay which I spent years looking for, 'mind your language', do you remember that?

I still have to finish watching my Monkey box set, I'm about half-way through.

I don't remember that, what's it about?

Mind your language was based on a class of foreign students who were attending night school to learn English.
They had every nationality you can think of, was set in the early 80's i think

Still as funny as it was back then , if you like I can send the episodes over to you
