Apparently Gerry is on Atkins!! I read it on his facebook!
No i havent seen Mermaid on here in a while either! She might pop back on here at a later time. Some of the others i havent heard from in ages sometimes pop back to say hi every now and again, like me!....hi!
I dont think Gerry should be doing the Atkins diet! I dont think its healthy for you. He should be on the same diet as i usually am (not at the moment...its the bank holiday!! lol). I seem to put on extra pounds coz i eat so much bread an carbs! Its not really a diet but i usually just stick to cutting out junk food, i.e chocs and crisps and eating rye crackers instead of bread, an getting loads of excerise...as long as you're doing plenty of excerise you can have a naughty snack every now and again to treat yourself. But its not worth going on a restrictive diet when it just makes you feel like crap...anyway im not a dietician, but its just what has worked for me! ...I cant talk this month anyway, ive already had 2 bars of chocolates and 3 cans of beer! lol!

Apparently our boy is filming something for the 10th BB anniv to be broadcast soon: I got this from his facebook!

Never posted here before but just wanted to post and say that I saw Gerry on Thursday coming out of the W12 shopping centre in Shepherds Bush, london. never got to say anything as was driving by in the car and he was waiting to cross the road. My hubby called out in the car "there's your mate from Big Brother"

Haha, that was just after the filming the BB10 Documentary...which was done in the Sheperds Bush studios just behind there.

Hiya Sun_Beam, good to see you in here again! I still pop in to see what news there is, though im usually on facebook as thats where all the juicy gossip is! lol!
Does anyone know how well his book has done? I keep meaning to give feedback on it when ive finished reading it, but ive had so much on my mind lately havent got round to it! But will do soon!

Great interview! It seems that Gerry is writing a second book! Also his fav housemate from all the years of BB was Glyn.. I think they are close friends nowdays as well.
I saw loads of new pics by the way on Gerry's facebook from last friday's Big Brother Quiz show!
