I'm sure I'm listening to a different person from the judges sometimes. I'll be sitting there thinking, "Oh that was so bad, they're *definitely* not going through," and then the judges can be like, "That was absolutely phenomenal." And I go

I felt so gutted afterwards But I was also at my boyfriend's house and I felt a bit bad hijacking their TV for like four hours! I don't think I could have stood that bit where Kate said, "The winner of the X Factor 2006 is..." Argh it's torture!

Oh tell me about it, I was so nervous every week but the final was horrible! Before it was announced my heart was beating SO fast and Kate took ages to say it. Then the relief when she went "LEONA" and my entire family went "YES!"

I remember the night she sang The First Cut Is The Deepest, that was so nerve-wrecking. On the results show it was her, Robert and 4sure the only ones left on the stage, I thought the last one through would be Robert but I was praying for it to be Leona! What a relief when Kate called Leona's name! That was before I even knew her that well but I knew there was something about her and I wanted her to stay!

Watching a film!

Oh yeah that was terrible! She was called first the week before but then they left her until last in week two. Watching all those other people go through but not her was so nerve-wracking, I thought people had forgot to vote because she sang first that night but thankfully not. Would have been a tragedy if she had gone out before she showed how amazing she was with "Summertime".

Yup, it's one behind One Republic's "Stop and Stare" which is currently #33 on Billboard's Hot 100. Although they are quite a bit higher than her on airplay: #17 and she's #42.

I definitely think she'll debut in the chart next week though. Might be in the 90s or something but it would still be awesome!
