I'm surprised noones tried to make Leon sing a Westlife song with them being on the show ala Nikki and Celine Dion.

Horrible thought now we get to tonight and it turns out Leon is now singing Swear it Again!

I preferred Rhydian's 'Let's Get This Party Started' to Bassey and Pink and as artists, and yet, I much prefer them both to Rhyd (who I do still like

Have to say I agree. Westlife might sing it technically better, but there's no real heart there, whereas clearly the song means something to Leon and it shows, which makes it better in my opinion. Westlife are just ballad machines now.

Exactly, there is no denying Westlife have a well produced, slick product there, but that's all it is, a product, designed to sell.

It has none of the heart on soul of Leon's performance, because he loves the song and they don't. Simple really.

I agree theres more heart in Leons version, everytime i hear this song now I think of his audition when he cries at the end! Its so cute.
